Rise up from the swamps and tear throught the jungle with the Gator! This is Gerber’s take on the classic anti-walker machete. It’s a two pronged attack with both a fine edge and serrated edge. Forged of high-carbon stainless steel, the bark or flesh from viral residue will never stick to the Gator’s blade!

The Gator Machete wields a 15 inch fine edge blade on one side, a 18 inch high performance saw blade on the other, and our proprietary Gator rubber grip for ergonomic control while using either. The riveted, nylon sheath provides safe, durable transport.

Made to protect you and your loved ones in the harshest of post-outbreak environments, it’s a dual-purpose machete made to withstand the worst that the uprising has to offer.

Other uses include bushwalk clearing brush, vine chopping and sawing limbs of branches.

I've Put it to the test.

The belt loop on the sheath is not super strong and this knife does not come sharp. How ever once sharpened it is unstopable and will chop through most things, I still haven't used the saw back as the blade has made light work of everything.. Went trekking in the southern highlands in PNG and the locals had no path (or simply lost the path as it had been years since they used the track) so had to make one, I could see they were struggling with their Machetes so I offered them mine, they were stoked and made light work of grass, zines and branches and the odd fallen tree. I could see they loved it and left mine with them. I will be buying another one tomorrow as it has well and truley passed the test in my eyes.
