Simpler is often better, and if you prefer going light and moving fast in the woods, mountains and beyond, the Talon 33 is the pack for you. 33L of capacity is perfect for committing day hikes and lightweight overnight trips. Ventilated and comfortable, the BioStretch™ harness and continuous wrap hipbelt combine to create an incredibly stable carry system that hugs your body so you can stay balanced on the trail, ridge or peak. We scratched our heads and updated our AirScape™ backpanel to use less material and glue while making it more breathable to keep you cool on hot days. When uphills turn technical, our Stow-on-the-Go™ trekking pole carry system keeps your hands free for upward movement. Zippered hipbelts, side stretch mesh pockets with dual access, a harness pocket, and top-lid storage provide all the organization you need.

Osprey talon 33 M/LBy: Juliano on 10 August 2017I purchased this bag to use as a daypack, fly fishing backpack and overnight hiking pack. There were little reviews online regarding how much the 33 litre could actually fit. Well I was very impressed, I can fit all my overnight gear including food for two nights! The 33 size has great versatility and weighs in at 900 grams. I have loaded up the bag with 9kgs and gone for a 10km hike to test it out and it was very comfortable. In summary; Pros: - lightweight, comfortable and well priced - versatile size in the 33 litre (not too big or small) - Great design with plenty of loops and hanging points but can also be tucked away. - fits my overnight gear (ul tent, ul sleeping pad etc) - the support frame sheet transfers loads to the hips better than expected. Cons: - As other reviews online have mentioned the side hip pockets are slightly out of reach. - waterbottle pocket is difficult to reach while the pack is on. - haven't had the pack long enough to test how it stands the test of time.
