Australian made and multiple set-up options, theMulga is what a swag used to be (and should be!).Itis a traditional style swag and a shelter, Traditionally this is what a swag was. Just a basic roll out base with a mattress and can be reversed to make a shelter as it has 6 eyelets along the edges.
The Mulga is also great for the hot sticky climatesyou can just pop it down inside a mozzie dome. Plus having the flap opening all the way you canstore items like a tarp or to keep them off the ground.
The Swag has 4 set-up options. Can be uses as normal drape over swag, shelter, 180cm wide grounsheet (double size) or side pole set up or tie off with guy lines.
Theswag uses top quality 14oz rotproofed RipStop cotton canvas which is a supple & rotproofed fabric with exceptional breathability. Comes witha 50mm High Density Kombo mattress with removeableand washable cover.
An optional adjutable steel support poles can also be purchased if desired (not included)
This Swag is easy to pitch, store and carry. This isa traditional style swag with simplicity and practicality on it's side.
These days it's a good quality, foam mattress inside a canvas cover that encloses both the bedding and sleeper. Traditionally blankets were used, but sleeping-bags are more practical, when it's very cold. The swag is rolled and fastened with straps. It's heavier and bulkier than a bivvy bag, but it's more comfortable and durable and is perfect for car-camping and other occasions when you don't have to carry it. In outback Australia's harsh conditions the swag's durability comes into its own"

True Blue Mulga Swag ReviewBy: Stuart on 18 July 2016I bought my Mulga traditional swag six years ago and have spent more time in the swag than home in bed. The canvas is still as good as the day it was new though the mattress is now up for replacement. So far this swag has outlasted the fancy more expensive model it replaced. The Mulga is an "old school" basic swag that has versatility in its simplicity. No zippers to wear or fail, no poles, hoops, guys or pegs - just a warm, dry, comfy swag.
My review of the True Blue Mulga SwagBy: Trevor on 5 March 2016This swag is made tough but is more comfortable than my bed. My first swag when I was a ypung man was just a lump of canvas and a couple of grey army blankets, and I'm almost sixty now. This one will see me out and it's all you need in the bush. Just set up a mozzie net and you're all set. Thanks Fellas good job!
