The goods we carry are covered by manufacturer warranties where proof of purchase is provided, so please always keep your receipt. If you have a problem with any product purchased from Wild Earth please contact us right away with the details and your order number. If the problem is not major, on your behalf we will assist to have the item repaired. If the item is not repaired within a reasonable time, we will provide you with your choice of a replacement, exchange, or a refund. If the problem is major, and the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange, or refund. Refunds are not automatically granted on warranty claims where the goods have been used for a period of time, and may be required to be assessed before the warranty claim can be approved. Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.
Please inspect your product within 14 days of receiving it to check for any defects even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so we can immediately exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.
You may be entitled to a refund to cover the cost of return postage on a warranty claim where, upon inspection, the product is deemed to faulty, so please keep your receipt. In addition, if the product is found to be damaged, or has been supplied incorrectly, upon receiving it and your postage receipt, your postage will be refunded. We do not refund the original order delivery fees.
To return your item, please follow these 3 steps;

2. Click on RESOLUTION CENTRE
3. Start a NEW RESOLUTION REQUEST, complete your order details and SUBMIT
Once lodged you can also track the progress of your request online at any time. Most requests can be resolved through communication and it's best to contact us as soon as you recognise a potential problem.
