Returns Policy

To ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us, we offer change-of-mind returns within 80 days from the date of your order.

We gladly exchange items for store credit or provide refunds for items returned in new, unused, and original condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Yes, we do accept returns for sale items. You also have the option to return your online orders in-store.

For change-of-mind purchases, we can provide a Wild Earth store credit or a refund, at your request. Returns conditions apply - please see below

Change of Mind Purchase terms

  • The item is returned within 80 days from the date of their original order.
  • Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.
  • Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags.
  • That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport.

Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping as we may deny the return or fees will incur.

  • When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt or written paper with Tax Invoice Number, contact details & with the reason for the return.
  • Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. Bras are exempt from this policy.
  • Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags.
  • NO RETURNS ON SAFETY EQUIPMENT OR GAS CANISTERS.

PLEASE NOTE: All size guides are provided by suppliers and although we do our best to ensure these are accurate, they can vary from person to person and brand to brand. If an item does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return. Please note customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Return shipping labels are available for purchase starting from $13.10 via Australia Post. See below for these options. Alternatively, you may return using your own choice of courier for all domestic and international returns.

Please include a copy of your Tax Invoice or piece of paper stating Tax Invoice number with your contact details. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at service@wildearth.com.au.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or tracked courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will process your return as an account credit unless refund is specified.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and process a store credit or a refund, paid back to you via your original payment method. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

We don't offer "item for item" exchanges as we can't guarantee stock will be available of the requested item at the time of your exchange.

A store credit allows you to make a purchase through your Wild Earth account, for items which are in stock and gives you access to all of our payment options should your order total exceed your credit amount.

We recommend placing a new order for your desired item first and then return the original item to us for a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.

This approach is recommended because:

  • It gets the new item to you faster
  • It avoids the risk of the item selling out while waiting for your return to be processed

If you go with this option, just include a note with your return letting the team know you've already purchased the alternative size and would like a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Wild Earth, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else. Gift cards & promo codes cannot be applied as a refund. Sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanged items. Funds received from a Gift Card purchase is credit, and refunds can only be made to the original purchasers of the Gift Card via their payment method.

At Wild Earth, customer safety is our highest priority. Due to the critical nature of climbing and safety equipment, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if the equipment fails to meet the consumer guarantees outlined by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), such as being of acceptable quality or fit for purpose, we will provide a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair, as appropriate.

  • Slacklines (Primitive, Ratchet, Hardware, Leashes, Webbing)

Products that are specially ordered non-stock items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Gift with Purchase (GWP) items, excluding magazines, must be returned along with the original product they were received with. If the original product is returned without the GWP, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
