My review of the Vango Nevis 100 1 person tentBy: Sophie Williams on 30 August 2019Vango Nevis 100 1 person tent is a great value for money tent. The main advantage is that it's a 4 season tent. It retains heat well, so it's very good for the colder nights. When I first pitched it up I was surprised how roomy it was. You can sit comfortably in it, there's space for your gear, 2 small wall pockets for your gadgets, and a small porch for your shoes. The tent is only 1.7 kg and it's extremely easy to pack. Overall it's the medium quality tent for the low budget price.
My review of Vango Nevis 100 1 person lightweightBy: Isabel Busch on 23 May 2018I had previously bought the Vango Soul however found it a little small and I didn’t like the end opening so chose the Nevis. Liked the side opening though the inner zip is a bit of a stretch to reach from the outside. Took a little effort to get the tensions right on set up and felt it could have been better set up but just got too tired to bother - was a long 22km hike ! Had great room inside and I could sit up easily once in. Was a cold night and it was cosy inside my new Nevis. Be interesting to see how it handles in wind and rain. I also liked the fact that you can erect it with the inner attached - there are no poles for the inner so it can’t be used without the fly. Overall I liked it more than the Soul. Looking forward to using it a second time to get the tension sorted and it would be a good light tent for the price.
