To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, we now offer personal, 45-90 minute Gear Guide sessions both over the phone and in-store. The purpose of these sessions is to give you, our customer an opportunity to have a dedicated one on one session with an experienced member of our staff who can guide you through the process of selecting the right gear that is best suited to you, whatever your adventure.

Our Gear Guides have over 25 years collective experience preparing for adventures of every kind, all around the world. We've helped 1000's of people with their gear and packing lists, and now we are ready to help you in your Gear Guide Session.
