By: Deanna on 18 September 2019Firstly, Wild Earth delivered these poles with their custom delivery service in very fast time, which I appreciated as I wanted them for an upcoming event and the early delivery has given me time to prepare with them. I ordered them on a weekend and they were delivered to my country location on Tuesday morning. Secondly, the poles themselves are impressive. I already had a pair of telescopic poles that I love, but I wanted a paid that would fold down smaller for a particular bag I am using. The Helinox TL poles are stronger feeling than I expected for such a light pair, this gives me confidence. The design of them means they are fast to open and fast to close. The hook/loop strap on each pole keeps them folded down snuggly and wraps out of the way when the pole is in use. One pole has a separate longer hook/loop strap to wrap around both poles when packed away, keeping the whole bundle secure. This longer strap also wraps back on itself to keep out of the way while the poles are in use, or it can be easily removed, or relocated. The handles are comfortable foam and are the reason I chose Helinox over other brands. These poles came with rubber tip covers. I am very happy with my purchase!
