Getting sick of the usual dinner-and-a-movie?

Nothing’s worse than a boring date, so why not make a plan for something more adventurous! Getting outside of your comfort zone is not only going to make going on a date more fun, it’s most likely going to cause a hit of dopamine to be released which will supercharge those warm fuzzy feelings. 

With that in mind, we’ve put together some more adventurous ideas for a date than the usual bar or restaurant. 

1. A Twilight Hike

Organise a sunrise hike on your local trail and see it in a new light. When we say ‘sunrise’ we’re not talking about waking up and leaving the house at sunrise, we’re talking about getting up when it’s pitch black night and getting out on the trail so you make your way by torchlight and arrive at a killer spot for said sunrise. Pack a Jetboil, some coffee and breakfast to make it even more memorable.

2. A Stroll Along The Beach

3. Go For A Climb

Where else do you have the opportunity to stare guilt free at the rear of your significant other? Heading to the local crag or climbing and bouldering gym is a no brainer. 4. Run the Local Trails

If they can’t love you as a sweaty mess, then they don’t deserve you at your best! Cut straight to the chase and hit the trails. Surround yourself with nature and get those endorphins pumping. 5. Kayak the Local Creek
